GREECE

Shipments are handled by ACS. Delivery time: 2–5 working days.

Shipments to automated pickup lockers are handled by BOXNOW.

The customer selects the locker that suits them based on their postal code.
When the parcel arrives at the locker, BOXNOW notifies the customer via SMS, Viber, and email with the pickup code.
Pickup window: 48 hours from the time the parcel reaches the locker.
Shipping cost: €1
Cash on delivery is not supported for this service.

Free shipping within Greece for orders over €50.

CYPRUS

Shipments are handled by KRONOS EXPRESS. The customer can choose the preferred shipping method:

Sea freight: €6
- The ship departs once per week (every Thursday).
- Parcels arrive in Cyprus on Tuesday afternoon and are then delivered nationwide within 48 hours.
Express (air): €10
- From the shipping date, the parcel arrives by air in Cyprus within 24 hours at the warehouse and is then delivered nationwide within 48 hours.
