Return Policy



Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you wish to return or exchange part or all of your order, you may do so within 14 working days from the date the parcel was received by the courier company. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to process an exchange for any reason.

Please do not return any parcel before contacting us at hello@hadra-jewels.com.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

The purchase receipt must ALWAYS be included in the return. If the receipt is missing, the return will not be accepted.


EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item for another, please contact us via email at hello@hadra-jewels.com or on Instagram @hadra_jewels. After we agree on the details, we will send you the jewelry of your choice. In this case, shipping costs are borne by the customer (€3).

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be in excellent condition and complete with all original packaging.

  • All products undergo quality control before dispatch; they must be returned exactly as received.

  • Any sign of use voids the exchange.

How the exchange works (“hand-to-hand”)
Please inform us in writing which item(s) you wish to exchange and which item(s) you want as replacements. We will send a courier to your door with the new item(s). You simply hand over the old parcel to the courier and receive the new one. On the new parcel, inside a transparent sleeve, you will find the return voucher/label. Please give it to the courier together with the jewelry so they can arrange the return.


RETURNS (Refunds)

Once you contact us and your return is approved, please follow these steps:

  • Carrier: Returns are handled via ACS.

  • Drop-off: Take your return parcel to the nearest ACS store, bill to recipient using our company return code, which we will provide to you in our private conversation.

  • Include receipt: The purchase receipt must be included in the parcel. Without it, the return cannot be processed.

  • After drop-off: Send us the shipment tracking code, your IBAN, bank name, and account holder’s name for the refund.

    • If you paid on our e-shop by card, the refund will be issued automatically to the same card.

  • Processing time: After we receive the parcel and confirm it is in perfect condition with all required contents, we will issue the refund within 3 days.

  • If the parcel is returned not in perfect condition or the receipt is missing, it will be sent back to the sender at the sender’s expense, and the refund will be canceled.

  • Return shipping cost: €2.00, which covers shipping only.

Important: Until the product reaches us, it remains your responsibility. Please ensure safe packaging to avoid damage, which could make the return impossible.


GIFTS / GIFT CARDS

  • Gift purchase: If you are buying a gift, please note in the order comments that you would like a gift exchange card, which allows the recipient 10 days to make an exchange. In this case, the recipient pays for the shipping/exchange costs (€3).

  • Gift cards: If you hold a Gift Card, please note that unused balances are non-refundable.


SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

If you wish to purchase a discounted item, please be aware that it is non-returnable. We do not accept returns for BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, 2+1, FREE SHIPPING promotions, or for products purchased with DISCOUNT CODES.
Only exchanges for other products are accepted in these cases.

Note: If the product you purchased arrives damaged, please notify us immediately on the same day. In such cases, the customer is entitled to a replacement or a refund.


CYPRUS

For orders shipped to Cyprus, you must notify us of your intent within 48 hours. We will then contact you directly to complete the process and inform you about any shipping charges payable by the customer.


REST OF THE WORLD

For orders shipped to the rest of the world, product exchanges are not available.
